These terms cover the use of the website. Renting a vehicle — eligibility, deposits, insurance, mileage, delivery, cancellations and charges — is governed by the booking terms shown when you reserve and by the rental agreement you sign. If anything on the website differs from your rental agreement or booking confirmation, the agreement and confirmation prevail.
We try to keep vehicle descriptions, photos, prices, promotions and availability accurate and up to date, but they can change and may contain errors. A reservation is confirmed only when we confirm it to you. Photos may show options or colours that differ from the vehicle you receive.
The chat on the website is an automated assistant that answers from information we give it. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong and are not a contract or a quote; your booking confirmation and rental agreement are what count. For anything important, email us at info@louelavie.ca. Do not send payment card numbers or ID documents through the chat.
If you create a customer account, keep your login details confidential and tell us if you think someone else has used them. The information you give us must be accurate. You can delete your account as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use the website in a way that breaks the law, infringes anyone’s rights, interferes with the website or its security, or collects data from it by automated means (scraping) without our written permission. Do not submit false bookings or someone else’s personal information.
The website’s content — text, photos, videos, logos and design — belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. You may view it and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Vehicle makes and models are trademarks of their owners.
The website links to other sites and services (for example social networks, maps, and our payment provider). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
