The Genesis GV80 Coupe takes the brand's luxury SUV and gives it a sweeping fastback roofline, a sharper stance and a more athletic personality. Under the hood, a 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 paired with a 48-volt electric supercharger produces 409 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque, sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. The electric supercharger delivers boost almost instantly at low revs, so the response is immediate the moment you press the pedal. Inside, quilted Nappa leather, a D-cut steering wheel and a wide display create a cabin that feels genuinely upscale. It is a luxury SUV built for those who want comfort, presence and effortless performance in one package.

The GV80 Coupe's cabin sets it apart from the standard GV80. Full-grain Nappa leather seats with exclusive quilting, carbon accents and a D-cut steering wheel give the interior a distinctly sporty character. A wide display spans the dashboard, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system fills the cabin. Rear passengers are well looked after too: the second-row seats are heated, ventilated and reclining, a rarity among coupe-style SUVs. Extra sound-absorbing materials and active noise cancellation keep the cabin remarkably quiet, and the cargo area offers 829 L behind the rear seats, expanding to 1,729 L with them folded.

The GV80 Coupe is far more than a GV80 with a new roof. Apart from its signature Two-Line headlamps, it shares almost no exterior parts with the standard model. The crest-shaped grille leads into a sleek, sharply raked roofline that ends in a prominent duckbill spoiler, giving the Coupe a streamlined and elegant profile. At the back, an integrated chrome garnish on the tailgate and dual twin-style exhaust outlets underline its performance intent. Large 22-inch alloy wheels fill the arches and complete a stance that turns heads wherever it goes.

The GV80 Coupe is powered by a 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 working with a 48-volt electric supercharger and a 48-volt mild-hybrid starter-generator. Together they produce 409 horsepower at 5,800 rpm and 405 lb-ft of torque across a broad band from 1,300 to 4,500 rpm. The electric supercharger fills in the low end before the turbos come on boost, virtually eliminating lag. Power reaches the road through an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters and full-time all-wheel drive, while a predictive adaptive suspension on multi-link front and rear axles keeps the ride composed. An exclusive Sport+ mode holds gears longer and sharpens the steering for more spirited driving.
